Job Profile:

  • Expertise in development of Protective/ OEM coatings, Resin flooring and sealants. Sound knowledge of epoxy, polyurethane, & polyester chemistry is must.
  • Testing products in competition, reverse engineering and developing equivalent products & New products with guidance from HOD.
  • Established test method as per national and international standards codes.
  • Conversant with testing and report analysis of UTM/CTM/FTIR, Weathering tester, Scrub resistance, abrasion resistance, salt spray test.
  • Provide technical support as needed to quality control and production in trouble shooting.
  • Explore alternative RMS and in collaboration with purchasing, source, fabrication and approve new raw material.
  • Identifying technological trends and shift, working with sales & marketing to understand the product requirement and concept development.
